The fresh ingredients are hand-picked by Chef Oliver Heilmeyer, preferably from the region as well as from our own production. Enjoy lunch in the floral light of the BiosphereLocal or nibble from the cake buffet in the hotel lobby – the AdeBar bar is a pleasant meeting place also for our conference guests.
